Sanda Dehumidification system solutions for box-type substations

 The working environment of Xinshao Longshan wind farm box substation is outdoors. Due to the temperature difference between day and night, the temperature difference between inside and outside the cabinet, and the ambient air humidity, condensation will appear on the inner wall of the cabinet. The dew on the side wall will flow down along the cabinet wall, which is easy to rust; the dew on the top will drip down and easily drip onto the equipment, which greatly affects the safe operation of the equipment. The low-pressure chamber in the plant is 1.75*1.05*2.38m(L*W*H), and about 4.37m³ ; the high-pressure chamber is 2.4 *2.335*2.38m (L*W*H), about 13.34 m³. When the environment inside the cabinet is poor, the indoor humidity is 86.6%RH and the temperature is 40°C.




The person in charge of the Xinshaolongshan Wind Power Plant in Loudi, Hunan realized the hazards of the humid environment to the power equipment. Therefore, when the humidity problem in the cabinet was discovered, he contacted Sanda Electronics as soon as possible and reported the moisture condensation situation in the station to Sanda in time.
